Information on Submission of Tuition Fee Installments for Academic Year 2023/2024-1

We want to inform you on submitting installment procedures of tuition fee for odd semester in 2023/2024 academic year as follows:

  1. Do not have arrears of tuition fee in the previous semester;
  2. Have difficulty paying tuition fees in cash (not in installments);
  3. Complete and submit the online form at id/cicilbopfisipui. The form can only be accessed through UI SSO accounts that have activated Office365 UI. Access the link for more detailed guidance information.
    • Scan of Certificate from Study Program – (pdf/jpg, max. 1 MB);
    • Scan of Personal Identity (KTP/SIM/Passport) – (pdf/jpg, max. 1 MB);
    • Scan of Family Card (KK) – (pdf/jpg, max. 1 MB);
    • Scan of Student Identity Card (KTM) – (pdf/jpg, max. 1 MB);
    • Scan of the latest Income Statement / Salary Slip of parents/bearers of education costs (last 3 months) or if you do not have a Salary Slip Statement, then you MUST attach the latest Income Statement from the local RT / RW – (pdf/jpg, max. 1 MB).Complete the installment requirement documents by uploading the following files;
  4. For undergraduate and postgraduate student, installment payment can be made in three periods (1st installment 50%, 2nd installment 30%, and 3rd installment 20%).
    • Period: 1st installment payment 50% (August 1 – August 31, 2023)
    • Period: 2nd installment payment 30% (September 1 – September 30, 2023)
    • Period: 3rd installment payment 20% (October 1 – October 31, 2023)
  5. Application period for Tuition Fee installments is June 17, 2023 – July 17, 2023 at. 23:59 WIB. All required files are uploaded through the page that has been submitted. Please pay attention to the submission period, if the submission is outside the predetermined period, it cannot be processed according to the system’s provisions.
  6. Deadline for planned leave application is Monday, July 31, 2023 with payment of 25% of the total education operational costs.

Please complete and upload the required document at the link: s.id/cicilbopfisipui. After completing this application, please note and follow the existing payment schedule.
