The form can <strong>only be accessed through UI SSO accounts that have activated Office365 UI<\/strong>. Access the link for more detailed guidance information.\n<ul>\n<li>Scan of <strong>Certificate <\/strong>from<strong> Study Program<\/strong> &#8211; (pdf\/jpg, max. 1 MB);<\/li>\n<li>Scan of <strong>Personal Identity (KTP\/SIM\/Passport)<\/strong> &#8211; (pdf\/jpg, max. 1 MB);<\/li>\n<li>Scan of <strong>Family Card (KK)<\/strong> &#8211; (pdf\/jpg, max. 1 MB);<\/li>\n<li>Scan of <strong>Student Identity Card (KTM)<\/strong> &#8211; (pdf\/jpg, max. 1 MB);<\/li>\n<li>Scan of the latest <strong>Income Statement \/ Salary Slip<\/strong> of parents\/bearers of education costs (last 3 months) or if you do not have a Salary Slip Statement, then you MUST attach the latest Income Statement from the local RT \/ RW &#8211; (pdf\/jpg, max. 1 MB).Complete the installment requirement documents by uploading the following files;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For undergraduate and postgraduate student, installment payment can be made in three periods (1<sup>st <\/sup>installment 50%, 2<sup>nd<\/sup> installment 30%, and 3<sup>rd<\/sup> installment 20%).\n<ul>\n<li>Period: 1<sup>st<\/sup> installment payment 50% (August 1 &#8211; August 31, 2023)<\/li>\n<li>Period: 2<sup>nd<\/sup> installment payment 30% (September 1 &#8211; September 30, 2023)<\/li>\n<li>Period: 3<sup>rd<\/sup> installment payment 20% (October 1 &#8211; October 31, 2023)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Application period for Tuition Fee installments is June 17, 2023 &#8211; July 17, 2023 at. 23:59 WIB. <\/strong>All required files are uploaded through the page that has been submitted. Please pay attention to the submission period, if the submission is outside the predetermined period, it cannot be processed according to the system&#8217;s provisions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deadline for planned leave application <\/strong>is<strong> Monday, July 31, 2023 <\/strong>with payment of 25% of the total education operational costs.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Please complete and upload the required document at the link: <a href=\"https:\/\/s.id\/cicilbopfisipui\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>s.id\/cicilbopfisipui<\/strong><\/a>.
